To our ATHENA members who may be following this post. Here are some "Blogging Basics."
The Blog is a web-log. It is an interactive web based journal. One or two people generally act as an administrator...then everyone can comment. It is safe. You can log-in annomyously or use a name that we can recognize...ie: "Pearl."
We have our Blog set so that anyone in the world can view and respond, however, there is no way for anyone to access your personal information.

    The first session was informative and provided an excellent opportunity for individuals to learn about the support some employers are providing to encourage their employees to support community efforts! I also found it helpful to learn that one of our proteges negotiated with her current employer during her job interview to ensure that she would be allowed to continue the community service programs she is committed to. I think the turnout will continue to grow! Congratulations, Jo, Mona, and Lucie!
